My TOP 10 Places To Eat Right Now…

‘My TOP 10 Places To Eat Right Now’ is one of my favorite segments to do on my blog. There are so many great places to eat in Charleston…deciding which one to choose for a particular night really all depends on what you’re in the mood for, at the time! I often get asked, ‘whats my favorite restaurant?’ The truth is…it changes all the time. And in a city like ours, its hard to narrow it down to just 1 place. Which is why I began the Top 10 Places To Eat, series 2 years ago. I like to give a few options of places that I am in love with that consistently offer great food and good service. I hope that these suggestions are helpful and you enjoy them as much as I do! To read more recommendations and lists like: ‘Fav Casual Patio‘ or ‘Best Sweets In Town’ and much more, check out the new app: CurEat. It’s a great resource for food lovers to find recommendations in their own city and throughout the country while on their travels to find highly recommended places to eat and drink. The app is brand new and more areas are being included all the time! Each city has a hand selected panel of chefs, mixologists,  food lovers, makers and curators who know: WHATS UP! They each make and share lists they have personally chosen of their fav spots to help you while on your own food adventure!! I am super excited to have been asked to be a Guest CurEat Representative for Charleston and share over the next few months the places that I think should be spotlighted! Download this great app today and see what all the buzz is about!!!

I am a huge fan of the local flavor inspired, custom-made mignonettes and sauces and they have a great happy hour oyster deal that is awesome! The thing I really think is great about this restaurant is that the menu also offers a variety of non-seafood options as well to make sure your entire dinner party has a great meal and everyone is happy! Fantastic staff! This is a great spot for after work bites, date night or family meals. LOVE IT! Chef Joe DiMaio has a great pulse on the the seafood scene.

This hidden gem doesn’t get enough attention for all the great things they are doing!!! It is the only nose to tail restaurant in Charleston (which means that they use the full animal, utilizing everything possible in their cooking). They source from local farms and producers and make some of the best food that exists in this city. Great pasta, steaks, charcuterie boards and more. It’s an amazing restaurant with a sweet patio (the perfect spot to enjoy mimosas and brunch on beautiful weekend mornings)!!!!

A FEW FAVS: The menu changes daily…so my suggestion…order whatever looks good! I’ve never been disappointed!

It is my everything spot: I can walk in dressed up for a date, go in after work in jeans, take my mini-me for an early dinner, grab happy hour at the bar, go by myself or dine with a big group of friend. It’s hard to find a spot that literally fits every kind of occasion…but this place somehow achieves that and I LOVE THEM FOR IT! Anyone that follows my instagram is fully aware how much I enjoy this place…because my page is covered with pics of their food-they are awesome! Especially that pasta…SO GOOD!
